The ability to track a package shipped internationally varies on the country it is being shipped to. However, no tracking is available for international First Class Shipping. BRKN IMAGE Bikinis is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. However, by selecting shipping "with Insurance", the customer insures that, in the case of a lost or damaged package, BRKN IMAGE will file a claim with its shipping processor.

Please keep in mind, once a package has left our office, it is in the care of the Postal Service. There is no way for BRKN IMAGE to halt or cancel a package. Additionally, if the customer selects First Class Shipping without insurance, BRKN IMAGE will not be able to file any claims or inquire about the status of your package. All inquiries regarding lost First Class packages without insurance should be directed to USPS. You will be responsible for filing USPS lost package claims. If a package does not arrive within the expected time frame, we suggest waiting for up to 4 weeks before investigating the issue with USPS.

To file a claim for lost parcels with insurance, BRKN IMAGE is required to wait 21 days for domestic shipments, 45 days for International shipments and 60 days for shipments to Italy. Damaged claims may be filed immediately. Finally, claims may not be filed 90 or more days from the shipment date. If an order is placed on and then refused or returned to our office for any reason, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred in shipping the package. Shipping insurance in no way guarantees a refund, reimbursement or re-shipment of merchandise. However, a member of our customer service team will be in direct contact with the customer regarding the status of their claim in a prompt and timely manner.
